GG Traditional HEPA Filters (High Efficiency Particulate Air)

GG Traditional HEPA Filters (High Efficiency Particulate Air) are constructed to meet the needs of critical applications in a cost effective manner.  There is a selection of frame materials including galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminum frame or medium density board frame to be used to construct the filter’s frame.   A band of media pleated back and forth over ridged aluminum separators or card paper board extended from end to end.

Construction: 

The GG HEPA offers the option of galvanized steel or stainless steel as material for the frame.  The metal frame allows for greater strength and encloses the media pack.   The moisture resistant media pack is protected by hemmed edged on the aluminum or card paper board separators.

Application:

HEPA filters remove a broad range of airborne contaminants, including fine dust, smoke and radioactive particles. They are the most efficient air filters being used for commercial and cleanroom environments. HEPA filters have the applications such as hospital, pharmaceutical, electronics, food processing, laboratories, etc.

GGVH High Velocity HEPA Filters

GGVH Traditional High Velocity HEPA filters are designed for HVAC applications requiring high airflow. Our special design of GGVH results in low initial pressure permits lower cost AHUs and lower operating energy costs.

    VH High Velocity HEPA Filter(Closed-pleated HEPA filters for AHU)
    VH HEPA filters allow for high air flow rate and is designed for special ventilation systems. It utilizes V-bank construction to provide better airflow and with its lower pressure drop conserves energy thus resulting in a more cost effective filter solution.

    Construction:

    The VH high velocity HEPA filters frames are constructed of galvanized steel or stainless steel. The media pack is made of fiberglass media mini-pleated into media packs.  They are using several “Mini-pleat” panels that are arranged forming a “V” inside the frame.

    Application:

    Their applications include hospital, laboratory, nuclear power stations and in cleanroom AHUs.

    FH high efficiency filter diffuser is fit for numerous clean room specifications with differing roof structures. The FH high efficiency filter diffuser provides reliable performance, a broad selection of sizes, lightweight and durable structure, convenient installment and simple maintenance. The dimension of the diffuser is 24 inches (610mm) and is to be used with the HEPA/ULPA filters.

    Mini-pleat Separatorless style HEPA/ULPA Filters

    The Mini-Pleat Separatorless HEPA/ULPA filters are constructed with close pleated HEPA and ULPA panels that meet the requirements of high quality cleanrooms. They can provide extremely high particulate efficiencies in combination with low pressure drops.

    Construction:

    These high efficiency filters are constructed of a moisture resistant media pack that is polyurethane sealed into an anodized extruded aluminum frame.  There is an expanded sheet metal faceguard on the inlet and outlet set of the filter available. 

     

    Application:

    They are the most efficient air filters being used for commercial and cleanroom environments including equipment for cleanrooms and laminar flow ceilings. HEPA filters are utilized in a broad spectrum of applications such as hospital, pharmaceutical, electronics, food processing, laboratories, etc.
